For Air Freight, we ship 3x per week. Packages take 24-72 hours after being delivered to our warehouse in Florida to be cleared at customs and be ready for delivery or pickup. For Sea Freight, we ship once per week. Packages are ready for delivery or pickup within 5-7 business days after being delivered to our Florida warehouse.
Once a package has been delivered to the warehouse, it takes up to 24 hours to be updated on the system. If two days have passed and you haven’t received any updates, please contact us.
Yes, the invoices are required to declare to Jamaica customs the contents and value of each package entering the country. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at customs and there is the possibility that the customs officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.
